Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Installation Manager

to oversee and manage all aspects of our product installation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing field teams, ensuring timely and quality installations, maintaining safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing installations while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with technical and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise installation activities across multiple sites or projects. Lead a team of technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of installations. Conduct site assessments and evaluate technical requirements prior to installation. Monitor project timelines, budgets, materials, and workforce resources. Ensure installations comply with technical specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and internal teams throughout the installation process. Conduct quality checks and final inspections before handover to clients. Manage tools, equipment, and inventory required for field operations. Resolve technical issues or delays that arise during installation. Train and guide installation teams to maintain high performance and safety awareness.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in installation, site supervision, or project execution (preferably in HVAC, MEP, or related fields). Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams. Strong technical understanding of installation processes and safety standards. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and technical documentation. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to installation sites.

Preferred Attributes:

Certifications in health and safety, project management, or technical installations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail. Experience in working with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
