We're Hiring

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Installation Head to lead the execution of Signage, Architectural Facades, Lighting Systems, Art & Media Installations, and Digital Display projects.

As the Head of Installation, you will be responsible for managing on-site operations, leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring timely delivery, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all installation activities across multiple project sites Lead on-site teams, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timelines Coordinate closely with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams Troubleshoot technical and logistical challenges on-site Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines Report on progress, site conditions, and key milestones

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in installations Proven experience in signage, facades, lighting systems, media installations, or digital displays Strong understanding of construction, installation drawings, and materials Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors Excellent communication and client-facing skills Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Experience:

Signage, Facades, Lighting & Digital Media: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
