Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Installation Engineer / Site Engineer

to oversee modular kitchen installations at project sites across Dubai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the

modular kitchen industry or interior fit-out works

, strong knowledge of

reading technical drawings

, and proven ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of kitchen installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor the

on-site installation

of modular kitchen units for B2B projects.

Interpret and understand kitchen layout and technical drawings

, ensuring execution aligns with approved designs. Coordinate with internal teams (project managers, draftsmen, factory dispatch) to ensure timely delivery and installation readiness. Communicate effectively with

consultants, contractors, and site engineers

to report installation status, resolve issues, and align with site schedules. Conduct site measurements, verify services (plumbing, electrical, etc.) for compatibility with kitchen designs. Ensure installation work is completed to the highest standards of

quality, safety, and workmanship

. Maintain project timelines and provide daily/weekly progress reports to management. Identify and resolve site-related issues and escalate major concerns promptly. Conduct final site inspections and support the handover process to clients or main contractors. Maintain accurate documentation and records of installation activities and changes.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience

in modular kitchen installation or interior fit-out site supervision. Strong ability to

read and interpret technical and shop drawings

. Hands-on experience working at project sites and managing multiple installations simultaneously. Familiarity with

B2B project environments

, especially dealing with consultants and contractors. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable on construction sites in the UAE.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design

. Experience with joinery, cabinetry, and modular furniture is a plus.
