Description:
Job Title:- Inspection - QC II
Location:- SAU-Dammam
Role Summary:- This role will be responsible for project quality control checks on site and ensuring compliance with the Company Quality Management System and client specification standards.
Essential Responsibilities:-
Managing production inspection plans checking the progress between product manufacturing and data recorded
creating NCR for non-conforming products, verification of NCRs and proper disposition, quality closure of NCRs after ensuring the appropriate action
Verify that equipment manufactured, assembled, tested within the facility conforms to applicable specifications and agreed customer requirements and that all 3rd party inspection activities are complete and accepted
Test activities and reports issue: Preparation of Assembly Test Reports, Certificate of Conformance, Visual/Dimensional certificate Ability to assembly/disassembly, adjust and install mechanical to meet tolerance and product operating requirements
Receiving inspections: Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
In-process inspections: Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to production
Final inspection: Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.
Issue all the required certificates according to QCP.
Punch lists creation, check, closure .
Maintaining and uploading Quality sheets as evidence of production compliance
Conducting the Quality toolbox talks to the production team .
Propose and implement improvement projects to the production process.
Manage the calibration process of the testing and project instruments.
Plan, Conduct and report internal audits .
Issuing the Mark-up (as-built)drawings according to actual installation.
Help in identifying the correct Standard, specification and drawing to be followed.
Managing and communicating the lesson learned from previous projects.
Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-
Years of experience:+5 years
Field of experience:+5 years
Technical Skills:
- Certified welding inspector.
- Certified painting inspector(preferred).
- Expert in P&ID (piping & instrumentation diagram).
- Have experience with rotating equipment assembly and packaging (Compressor & Gas turbine)
- Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective gloves , Safety glass etc.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem solving skills root cause analysis
- Attention to detail
Tools or Software (Required / Preferred):
Education Qualifications: Diploma or equivalent
Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred): Oil and Gas
