We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new credit card customers through direct sales, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or CRM system
Present and promote products/services to potential clients
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Answer questions about products, pricing, and policies
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information
Follow up on leads and nurture long-term customer relationships
Handle customer objections and negotiate to close sales
Work closely with team members and report to the Telesales Manager
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in credit cards or retail banking.
Skills: Proven sales success, strong communication skills, and customer relationship abilities.
Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of banking regulations.
Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours.
