We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to manage our student admissions. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle--from the first call to the final fee payment. You must be an expert in calling, following up, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound & Inbound Sales (The Core Job):
Cold Calling: actively call prospective parents and leads to introduce our courses.
Inbound Handling: Respond to inquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, and Social Media immediately.
Closing: You own the lead until the admission is complete and fees are paid. You are responsible for converting inquiries into students.
2. Lead Generation & B2B:
Research and find new data/leads (schools, communities, corporates) to contact.
Reach out to potential B2B partners to create tie-ups for student enrollments.
3. Operations & Reporting:
Zoho CRM: Log every single call, message, and update in Zoho CRM. (Mandatory).
Reporting: Send a detailed daily report of calls made, leads spoken to, and conversions to management every evening.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Telesales or Inside Sales experience specifically within the EdTech, Training, or Education industry.
Technical Skills: Must have hands-on experience using Zoho CRM.
Language Skills: Fluent English is required. Speaking Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, or Arabic is a strong advantage.
Work Ethic: Willing to work from the office in Abu Dhabi and comfortable with high-volume calling targets.
