Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
Review and interpret technical specifications, datasheets, and drawings.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics to fulfill order requirements.
Support external sales teams with documentation, pricing, and proposal development.
Maintain customer records and updates in CRM and ERP systems.
Follow up on quotations and assist in closing orders.
Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Electrical Engineering
(mandatory).
2-3 years
of experience in inside sales, application engineering, or technical support.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and explain technical concepts.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
