Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Sales Coordinator

with experience in

IT system integration

to support our client's sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the sales process, lead generation, CRM usage, and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads via cold calling, email outreach, and social media Qualify inbound inquiries and forward them to the sales team Conduct research on target clients and identify key stakeholders Support the Sales Head with deal tracking and sales pipeline management Coordinate with vendors/distributors to obtain quotes and updates Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and documentation Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups Maintain accurate customer data in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) Ensure all client records are updated and accurate Assist in nurturing client relationships and handling communication Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns and outreach Work closely with operations and technical teams for project delivery Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with internal coordination Handle sales emails and documentation for the Sales Head

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in inside sales or sales coordination (preferably in IT or technology sector) Proficient in using CRM/ERP tools (Microsoft D365 preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a team setting Knowledge of IT products and solutions (networking, infrastructure, software, etc.) Detail-oriented, proactive, and goal-driven

Education

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
