This is a key role to provide excellent levels of customer service to Rotork UK customers, by the efficient turnaround of requests for technical quotations.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role is key in the continued success and effective service provided by the Front Office sales team.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction at all times, ensuring quotations are recorded accurately and in a timely fashion, to maintain departmental KPI\'s and ensuring the accuracy of quotations, technical documentation, customer Purchase Orders and any other related documentation prior to issue to contracts for booking in.

This role would suit someone who will have excellent levels of customer service, who is able to work quickly and accurately, with a high attention to detail.

Experience Requirements:

• Good customer service skills
• Experience providing solutions to customers
• Technical knowledge of electrical, electronics and/or mechanical systems, preferred instruments products.

The Successful Candidate Will Be Someone Who:

• Good communication skills, customer focused, strong multitasker and good at executing tasks
• Engineering degree on electronics/electrical/instrumentation
• High level of data input accuracy
• Ability to work independently and part of a wider team
• Ability to deliver results meeting timelines
• Fluent English
