Job Description

We are Plastic products manufacturing company looking for Injection Moulding Machine Operator.

Prepare and set up injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment before production. Adjust machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, injection speed, and cycle times for optimal operation. Start, stop, and monitor machines to ensure efficient and safe operation. Conduct trial runs and first-piece inspections to validate setup. Operate machines to produce plastic components according to design and quality requirements. Continuously monitor machines during operation to detect malfunctions or deviations. Make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent product quality. Record and maintain production data (output, downtime, rejects, etc.). Inspect molded parts visually and dimensionally using gauges, calipers, or other measuring tools. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects such as flash, short shots, burns, or warpage. Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and ISO requirements. Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines, molds, and equipment. Identify mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical issues and report them for corrective maintenance. Safely change molds and setup auxiliary equipment (hoppers, dryers, chillers, etc.). Ensure machines are operated in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Keep work area organized, clean, and free of hazards. Maintain accurate production logs, quality inspection reports, and machine maintenance records. Report production issues, downtime, and quality concerns to supervisors or technicians. Suggest and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. Experience in Haitian Machine is will be an added advantage.

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
