Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor
injection molding machines
to ensure production of quality parts.
Adjust process parameters
as needed to maintain consistent product quality.
Identify and resolve
production issues, equipment malfunctions, and quality concerns
.
Perform
routine checks, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs
on molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Ensure compliance with
safety protocols
while working around moving machinery and factory equipment.
Maintain accurate
production data, logs, and maintenance records
.
Collaborate with supervisors and production staff to achieve daily targets and minimize downtime.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in
Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
or related technical field.
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
as an Injection Molding Technician in a plastic manufacturing/disposable products factory.
Strong
mechanical aptitude
with ability to troubleshoot and repair machines.
Knowledge of
process optimization, molds, and tooling maintenance
.
Ability to work in a
factory environment
with exposure to noise and machinery.
Strong
problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation
.
Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
