Your Role:
Control precision molding systems for critical components
Maintain exact specifications across production runs
Execute quality protocols that ensure reliability
Manage material flow for optimal production
Document critical production data
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
Monitor and adjust machine parameters
Required:
2+ years injection molding machine operation
Understanding of plastic materials and parameters
Quality control experience
Technical specification comprehension
High school diploma or equivalent
Highly Preferred:
Technical certification
Experience with different plastic grades
Preventive maintenance knowledge
