In-House Sales Executive
to join our growing team and drive enrollment for our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell training courses to individual and corporate clients.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and invoices for corporate clients.
Coordinate with the training department for smooth course delivery.
Maintain accurate client records in CRM.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE training/education sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
English fluency is a must; Arabic is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
