Adams Tool House is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented
In-House Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in our office and responsible for assisting customers, managing sales operations, and supporting daily business activities.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries Provide detailed product knowledge and make recommendations Prepare quotations, process orders, and issue basic invoices Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams regarding stock availability Ensure the office is organized and presentable Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous sales experience, preferably in tools, hardware, or industrial supplies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email, invoicing software) Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude UAE experience preferred
