We are seeking a talented and creative In-house Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team at Mark Williams Recruitment. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in crafting visually captivating designs that effectively communicate our brand messages.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with our internal teams to understand their design requirements and objectives.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for various marketing collaterals such as job advertisements, social media graphics, infographics, brochures, and presentations
- Utilise your expertise in graphic design software and tools to create high-quality visual materials that adhere to brand guidelines and industry standards
- Stay updated with current design trends and techniques to continuously enhance the quality and impact of our visual materials
- Provide support in developing and maintaining our recruitment business website, including creating engaging web graphics and banners
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of business acumen

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred)
