Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. We are looking for someone who is driven, has a creative flair, able to work well under pressure and can use their own initiative Key responsibilities:

• Work as part of an active Marketing and Creative team

• Contribute to team meetings with ideas and suggestions to create award winning and effective campaigns

• Study design briefs and determine requirements

• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

• Ability to take constructive feedback and amend designs after feedback, if required

• Work with Creative Director and Copy Writers to produce final design

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

• Create artwork (digital/print) following guidelines; create mockups/apply tests if required

• Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web developers, web admin, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary

• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed

• Update of your tasks using our teams task management tracker

Role requirements:

• Minimum 5 years work experience as in-house Graphic Designer or Freelancer

• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, social media requirements and the web

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details

• Highly experienced with design software and technologies (such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Professional editing/retouch skills via Photoshop

• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

• A passion for real estate is a real plus!
