About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure & Systems Engineer with proven experience in IT infrastructure, virtualization, and enterprise networking. You will play a key role in deploying, managing, and migrating critical systems while integrating IT with Building Management and Smart Systems platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and migrate Windows environments, including AD, DNS, and Email Servers.

Manage virtualized infrastructures using VMware vSphere/ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, or Sangfor, including P2V migrations.

Plan and execute cloud and hybrid migrations (Exchange ? M365, Google Workspace, etc.).

Oversee data center operations--server deployment, redundancy, backups, and disaster recovery.

Configure and maintain network infrastructure (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi, VPN).

Support unified communication systems such as IP Telephony (VoIP) and Video Conferencing.

Integrate BMS, IoT, and AV/PA systems with secure IT networks.

Required Skills

3+ years in an Infrastructure or Systems Engineering role.

Strong expertise in Active Directory, DNS, GPO, and Server Migrations.

Hands-on with VMware / Hyper-V / Sangfor virtualization.

Solid understanding of networking (L2/L3, VLANs, Firewalls, VPNs).

Experience with hybrid cloud environments (Azure AD, M365, etc.).

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's in Computer Science / Information Technology or related.

Preferred: VCP, Azure/AWS, CCNA, Microsoft Server certifications.

Soft Skills

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Ability to design and implement scalable, secure infrastructure solutions.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
