About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Infrastructure & Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing our core IT infrastructure. You will have the unique opportunity to work on a diverse technology stack, from traditional data centers to modern cloud services and innovative Building Management Systems (BMS). Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Systems Management:

• Design, deploy, manage, and migrate complex Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Administer and optimize our virtualized infrastructure (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, or Sangfor), performing tasks such as P2V migrations and resource allocation.
• Oversee all aspects of our data center operations, including server hardware, storage, redundancy, backups, and disaster recovery planning.

Cloud & Migration Services:

• Plan and execute cloud migration projects, such as transitioning on-premises Exchange to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Manage and integrate hybrid cloud environments using services like Azure AD and M365 to create a seamless user experience.

Network & Security:

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, layer 2/3 switches, Wi-Fi controllers, and VPNs to ensure network security and performance.
• Implement and manage network segmentation (VLANs) and security policies.

Unified Communications & Smart Systems Integration:

• Support and maintain unified communication systems, including IP Telephony (VoIP) and Video Conferencing solutions.
• Play a key role in the integration of IT networks with specialized systems like Building Management Systems (BMS), Internet of Things (IoT) platforms, and Audio-Visual/Public Address (AV/PA) systems, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.

Qualifications & Required Skills
Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an Infrastructure or Systems Engineering role.
• Proven expertise in managing and migrating Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, GPO).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, or Sangfor).
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, L2/L3 Switching, VLANs, Firewalls, VPN).
• Practical experience with cloud and hybrid migration projects (e.g., to M365, Azure AD).

Preferred:

• Professional certifications such as VCP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CCNA, or Microsoft Server certifications.
