Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure solutions (data centers, cloud, networking, storage, security, Office 365, voice, LAN/WAN, internet). Manage IT infrastructure operations, including servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and network devices. Administer backups and disaster recovery systems (Veritas, Veeam, Commvault) to ensure business continuity. Manage VMware environments and support cloud services (Azure/AWS). Implement and enforce IT security policies; ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards. Provide technical support to project teams and coordinate with vendors and service providers. Maintain incident management systems (FreshService Desk) and produce infrastructure review reports and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

7-10 years

of enterprise IT infrastructure experience, including at least

3 years

in:
Networking (routing, switching, VPN, firewalls, UTM)
Infrastructure solution design
Enterprise storage solutions
Virtualization (VMware)

Experience with Office 365, Azure/AWS cloud services, IT security, compliance, and disaster recovery. Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.

Technical Skills

Virtualization & Cloud: VMware vSphere/vCenter, Hyper-V, KVM, Azure, AWS, GCP. Storage & HCI: Nutanix, SAN/NAS, converged and hyperconverged systems. Networking: LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, SASE, routing, switching, firewalls. Security: SIEM, SOAR, IAM, endpoint protection, zero-trust models. Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift. Monitoring Tools: Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK. Familiar with ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, GDPR.

Preferred Certifications

VMware (VCP), Microsoft (MCSE/MCITP), Cisco (CCNP/CCIE), ITIL. Microsoft Azure Administrator/Architect. AWS Solutions Architect / SysOps.

Soft Skills

Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Project management and multitasking ability. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
