Job Title: Infrastructure Project & Systems Administrator

Location: Dubai - UAE

Industry: Banking / Financial Services

Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on business requirements)

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project & Systems Administrator to join our team. The role involves analyzing, developing, and implementing enterprise infrastructure initiatives, services, and architecture for current and emerging technologies in the bank. The candidate will manage Tier-II, Tier-III, Tier-IV, Data Protection infrastructure, backup applications, cloud infrastructure, storage systems, and ensure high availability, performance tuning, and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage L3 support for compute, virtualized infrastructure, storage, backup & cloud (Azure & Oracle).
Install, configure, monitor, and maintain Tier-II to Tier-IV infrastructure & backup applications.
Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and security compliance.
Drive IT projects end-to-end: architecture, implementation, documentation & upgrades. Collaborate with vendors & stakeholders for seamless project delivery.

Must-Have Skills:

Enterprise infrastructure & virtualization (VMware, Intel HW, networking).
Cloud expertise: MS Azure & Oracle Cloud.
Storage & backup systems administration.
Project management: Agile/Waterfall, IT asset lifecycle, process optimization.
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
4 - 6 years in enterprise IT infrastructure management.
Proven experience in managing L3 support, backups, storage systems, and cloud services.
Experience in project management for IT infrastructure initiatives.
