Job Description

Role Overview: Responsible for overseeing the infrastructure aspects of construction projects and acting as liaison with Dubai government authorities to ensure compliance, smooth permitting processes, and efficient project execution. Key Responsibilities: Government Liaison & Compliance: ? Manage all submissions and approvals with Dubai Municipality, RERA, DEWA, DDA (Dubai Development Authority), and Civil Defense. ? Ensure adherence to local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental guidelines. ? Facilitate inspections and obtain completion certificates and handover approvals. ? Oversee end-to-end villa construction infrastructure, including foundations, utility connections (water, electricity, sewage), road access, and landscaping. ? Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and budget compliant execution. Documentation & Records Management ? : Maintain accurate logs of applications, communications, NOCs, and approvals. ? Provide regular progress updates to upper management and clients. Authority Approvals & Building Permit Management ? Lead the application and follow-up process for Building Permits through relevant portals (e.g., Dubai BPS). ? Coordinate with Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defense (DCD), and other authorities to ensure all technical documents and architectural drawings meet approval standards. ? Ensure accurate submission of zoning documents, engineering layouts, and structural

Building Completion & Handover Compliance ? : Manage the process to obtain Building Completion Certificates (BCCs), including inspections, final approvals, and compliance sign-offs. ? Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities to resolve outstanding snagging or documentation issues. ? Oversee all final submission documentation and site compliance to meet municipality and authority standards. DEWA Coordination ? Handle end-to-end process for electricity and water connections through DEWA: ? Application submission ? Load schedule approvals ? , Infrastructure inspections ? , Meter installation, and final energization ? Coordinate with MEP consultants, DEWA engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely service connection. Regulatory Monitoring ? Stay updated on changes to Dubai's building codes, permit systems, and DEWA application processes. ? Guide internal teams and consultants on regulatory requirements and evolving authority practices. Skills & Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field. ? Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Dubai, with hands-on involvement in obtaining Building Permits, BCCs, and DEWA approvals. ? In-depth knowledge of Dubai's construction regulations, approval portals, and municipality procedures. ? Proficiency in using Dubai BPS, DEWA e-Services, and other relevant authority platforms. ? Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
