Position title: IT Manager

Job Summary:

McCoin Virtual Assets L.L.C., a pioneering force in the blockchain-enabled fintech space, is seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to oversee the development, maintenance, and security of our IT infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), the IT Manager will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our systems and networks to support our expanding virtual asset operations

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management:

_

? Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance and uptime.

? Monitor and enhance the performance, reliability, redundancy and security of hardware, software, and network systems.

? Collaborate with the CISO to strategize and execute IT infrastructure projects.

Hardware and Server Maintenance:

? Manage the lifecycle of hardware assets, including procurement, configuration, maintenance, and decommissioning.

? Install, configure, and maintain servers, ensuring high availability and efficient operation.

? Conduct regular server health checks and address performance bottlenecks.

Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace:

? Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace accounts and services.

? Oversee user provisioning, license management, and service configurations.

? Support integration of productivity tools with existing infrastructure.

? DNS, Cloudflare, Load Balancers

Network Maintenance and Security:

? Oversee the design, implementation, and management of LAN/WAN, firewalls (Fortinet, PaloAlto) and switches.

? Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime. ? Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures, ZTNA, including regular vulnerability assessments and patch management.

WiFi Management Cloud:

? Knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure

Team Support and Leadership:

? Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team and end-users.

? Assist in training junior IT staff and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT objectives with business goals.

Documentation and Compliance:

? Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, configurations, and processes.

? Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, RHCE).

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience being hands-on in IT infrastructure and systems management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Skills Set:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in hardware and server setup, configuration, and maintenance. (Windows, Linux is a essential)

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace administration. Expertise in networking technologies, Site to Site VPNs, including firewalls, and switches.

Familiarity with virtualization and HCI Solutions (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Sangfor, DCI, Nutanix) and cloud platforms like AWS. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and tools. (DLP, EDR, XDR, SOAR, PAM etc...)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
