Job Responsibilities

Senior information security specialist is responsible for creating security measures to protect an organization\'s computer system and network. As a senior information security analyst, you should understand how the information security of your organization works and how advanced it is.

1. Provide technical security expertise and development following best practice disciplines.

2. Conduct security checks and testing on development or changes to production.

3. Create security requirements and configuration within the network

4. Ensure system and application, secure, design, construct and implementations meet standards.

6. Capture end user needs and produce business case recommendations.

7. Provide Level 3 technical support for applications and security SW.

8. Manage Tools and technologies purchasing and licensing.

9. Protect the system against illegal access or alterations.

10. Manage certificates, licenses and systems accounts purchase.

11. Ensure certificates renewed and compliance standards are adhered to save the company paying penalties.

12. Monitor, identify, and investigate company-wide computer networks for security issues, weaknesses, vulnerabilities, and prevent any breaches before occurring

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, cyber security, or other relevant fields.
• 5+ years or relevant experience of which 2 years as a security Officer.
• Certification in one or more of the below certifications: ACCNA, CCNP, HP, Microsoft server administrator, Linux, UNIX server administrator.
• Experience of messaging platforms and Microsoft collaboration tools.
• Experience of identity and access controls.
• Experience of cloud identity and collaboration solutions, Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD.
• Have a deep knowledge of Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing
• Excellent command in english
• Excellent communication skills
