Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain all Infor ERP modules, including PCS Project, Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Tax, Finance, Depot Service & Maintenance, SCM, Manufacturing, CRM, Asset Management, and Reporting/BI. Manage system workflows, notifications, and business rules to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Integrate the ERP system with DLI HR Works for payroll processing and labor cost allocation. Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, analyze needs, and implement system enhancements. Perform system testing, upgrades, and patch deployments to maintain optimal system performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Infor ERP implementation and support. Strong functional and technical skills in multiple Infor ERP modules. Experience with SQL Server, IIS, and system integration. Infor ERP certification is preferred. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
