Job Description
To oversee and safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and data by establishing robust cybersecurity policies, ensuring IT scalability, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The role combines strategic IT leadership with deep expertise in information security specific to financial technology and digital payments.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field. 8-12 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Prior experience in BNPL, FinTech, payments, or digital banking is highly preferred. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are an advantage. Strong experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of secure payment architectures, API security, and fraud mitigation practices.
