is working with a leading company is actively recruiting a Head of IT for their UAE office.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
• Drive innovation by assessing and implementing emerging technologies to improve pharmaceutical manufacturing and commercial operations.
• Act as a strategic IT partner to executive leadership and key stakeholders, offering guidance on digital opportunities and potential risks.
• Liaise with business leaders to gather system requirements and deliver user-focused technology solutions.
• Oversee IT infrastructure ensuring high system availability and disaster recovery readiness.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team
• Manage data governance, backup, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with IT vendors and service providers to deliver reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective technology support.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Open to candidates willing to relocate to the UAE.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 7 years in a senior IT leadership role
• Must have experience working within Pharma/Medical Devices industry.
• Proven success in leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
