We are a company with plenty of experience in the lifestyle products ecommerce space. Influencer Sourcing & Management:
  • Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with influencers across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
  • Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience.
  • Coordinate with influencers to manage campaign logistics, from product shipments to posting schedules, ensuring all activities adhere to timelines and specifications.
  • Craft compelling and personalized email pitches to influencers, showcasing the value of a partnership with our brand
  • Work closely with influencers to coordinate campaign details, timelines, and content creation
  • Help create and organize the internal documents including influencer media kits, media briefs, talent rosters, rate sheets, etc
  • Prepare, ship and track orders for Influencers
  • Researching and sharing industry intel including monthly events and other entertainment / social media / influencer/cultural moments news with the internal influencer, marketing and leadership team
  • Maintaining product inventory
  • Reports / recaps / alerts for internal marketing and influencer teams
  • Coordinating all shipment and sends to the influencer community (300 or more monthly). Responsible for packing up the boxes and printing and shipping labels
  • Brings the voice of the influencers and their consumer followers to the marketing & communication teams
\xc2\xb7 Support the analysis and reporting of quantitative data to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer initiatives and consumer engagement levels\xc2\xb7 Source, onboard, negotiate and manage influencer relationships \xc2\xb7 Handle the influencer strategy, from building the brief, to pitching the influencer, to final contract signing and content delivery management. \xc2\xb7 Handle the post-campaign analysis and effectiveness against internal KPIs
  • Monitor and track influencer content, campaign metrics, and KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI, providing regular updates and reports to the senior management.
\xc2\xb7 Partner with social and creative teams to support and identify influencer content for media repurposing, takeovers, giveaways, etc.
  • Participate in the selection process of influencers by identifying individuals whose brand and audience align with our company values and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR, marketing, and social media, to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and optimized content distribution.
  • Stay current with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices, sharing insights with the team to inform future strategies.
  • Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with influencers, under the guidance of senior management.
  • Contribute to the content creation process by providing creative input, feedback, and ideas that enhance campaign performance and engagement.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to influencer campaigns, such as updating databases, preparing correspondence, and maintaining organized records of influencer interactions and agreements.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during influencer collaborations, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Coordinate monthly promotional gifting to expand current influencer reach and database
  • This newly created position will primarily focus on building relationships with lifestyle and other relevant influencers for us, along with marketing partnerships to drive awareness, engagement and interest for us.
  • Bring a strong understanding of the marketing funnel and apply your expertise across content strategy, influencers and paid ads
  • Identify new creator opportunities across emerging platforms and verticals and lead creative ideation, unlocking new opportunities
  • Assist in managing and maintaining a talent contact database, tagging and categorizing at the campaign and initiative level
  • Ideate and coordinate monthly/ seasonal promotional gifting for key talent
Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 5+ years of experience in influencer relations, marketing and/or talent management \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience utilizing data to drive actionable insights to develop marketing strategies and plans \xc2\xb7 Experience building and scaling brand influencer programs \xc2\xb7 Experience with internal tools used to source and manage influencer relationships \xc2\xb7 Expert on social platforms and their features including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube (at minimum) \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with data-keeping and use of tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Google Sheets, and more. \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills \xc2\xb7 An excitement for influencer trends and an interest in testing and iterating to stay up with new digital trends \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of online marketing channels, performance metrics, and tracking tools \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and negotiation skills \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and platforms \xc2\xb7 Outstanding communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation) \xc2\xb7 Pride in your work \xc2\xb7 Great attitude in life \xc2\xb7 Amazing attention to detail \xc2\xb7 A desire to wear many hats Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED60,000.00 - AED120,000.00 per year Education:
