About the Role:
This role demands highly motivated Influencer Marketing & PR Manager to help grow brand awareness and support brand growth goals. Crossing all aspects of influencer marketing strategy, social media, brand activations this person will have a central role in concepting, executing, reporting and analyzing impactful brand campaigns and developing meaningful relationships with influencer partners. Additionally, this person will act as a liaison and thought partner to our external PR agencies.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and implement a solid omni channel content and engagement strategy that aligns with the key business objectives.
Develop the digital and social media communications strategy in conjunction with the Product and Brand & Creative Team. Support the Brand & Creative Team with key projects through their entire lifecycle (from development, implementation to feedback assessment) within the marketing value chain.
Initiate and coordinate PR related assignments that aligns with key marketing projects and initiatives, such as events and influencer contracts
Identified and manage relationships with media partners and suitable influencers/celebrities/ socialites that will support the brand marketing strategy.
Responsible for the execution of brand and PR concepts including packaging and distribution of product drop offs.
Full management of all PR/Media activities including monthly reports and managing of creative material where necessary.
Ensure that visual presentation and content is compelling and consistent. This position has to work closely with the Creative Department for visual input. Responsible for brand content drafting and development for all media platforms (including social media and web content).
Responsible for daily and sub-daily content activation, plus audience participation and campaign integration for all online platforms.
Manage brand projects and marketing support initiatives within budget in agreement with the Brand Team
Implement monthly measurable parameters to analyze and establish ROI for ad hoc (project based) PR initiatives.
Conduct gap analysis and make brand strategy recommendations for increased ROI and exposure to support increased brand awareness.
Submit monthly evaluation and reporting of PR, social and digital achieved.
Research market and competitor trends in the social media and web space.
Custodian of all online brand and corporate identity initiatives with key stakeholders.
Integrated strategic communications and personal social media backgrounds are required.
Leverage the CRM database for suitable PR and social media communications opportunities in line with the overall strategy.
Manage all closed social media groups in conjunction with sales and incentive teams.
Manage in PR agency needs, including campaign brainstorms, sending products, coordinating press materials, maintaining library of press mentions & other projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred in Marketing, English, PR or related field)
3+ years of professional Influencer and Social Media Marketing experience, including working on both paid and organic marketing activity
Deep understanding of social media platforms and up to date on industry & platform trends
Passion for the FMCG industry and lifestyle influencer community
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communications skills -
Creative thinker/planner who can think on their feet and is not afraid to suggest out-of-the-box ideas
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Flexible to evolving responsibilities in a fast-growing company
Language skills
Fluent in English and Arabic communication, any additional language is an asset (French, Spanish, Portuguese and Hindi)
Additional skills
Keen understanding of impactful visual content photography, videography and/or design skills a plus
Creative writing, copy editing, basic image editing.
Knowledge of and personal relationships with media publications, Internet Influencers including: Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
