Gulf Orchid Perfume Manufacturing, a leading fragrance brand in the UAE and across the GCC, is looking for an experienced
Influencer Manager
to spearhead influencer marketing initiatives across
the MENA region, Europe, the Americas, and key global markets
. This role is crucial to expanding the company's digital presence, creating authentic brand engagement, and driving awareness and sales through impactful partnerships with content creators and brand ambassadors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement global influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals across MENA, Europe, North America, and Latin America.
Identify, research, and onboard suitable influencers across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and digital creators that reflect Gulf Orchid's image and values.
Lead negotiations on campaign deliverables, timelines, compensation, and exclusivity agreements, ensuring alignment with internal policies.
Draft clear and creative briefs for influencer campaigns, ensuring accurate representation of messaging, brand tone, and product highlights.
Coordinate with influencers for content creation and manage the full process from ideation to final delivery.
Review influencer content to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to branding guidelines before publication.
Manage campaign execution schedules, ensuring content is published with correct tags, hashtags, and timing.
Monitor real-time campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Compile detailed post-campaign reports with data analysis and actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Maintain and update an organized influencer database by region, platform, and campaign type.
Support influencer participation in brand events, PR activations, and regional or international product launches.
Stay up-to-date with beauty and fragrance industry trends, platform changes, and content consumption behaviours across markets.
Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and identify new opportunities for influencer marketing growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty, luxury, or lifestyle industry.
Demonstrated success managing regional and international influencer campaigns.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and content formats across different markets.
Proficiency in influencer marketing tools (e.g., Aspire, GRIN, Up fluence) is a plus.
Fluent in English; Arabic and/or other major global languages are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with influencers across Europe and the Americas in addition to the Middle East.
Existing network of global influencers and agencies.
Cultural awareness and adaptability when dealing with international audiences.
Passion for the fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury goods sector.
