Influencer Marketing Coordinator
Role Summary:
As the Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in developing and executing influencer strategies, managing day-to-day communication with content creators, and supporting campaign operations. You'll be the bridge between our brand and the creator community--ensuring alignment, authenticity, and excellence in every collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Identify and vet influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors in the fragrance, beauty, and lifestyle space (macro, micro, and nano tiers).
Coordinate gifting campaigns, product seeding, and influencer outreach.
Develop and post original content (photos, videos, reels, unboxings, reviews, etc.) featuring our fragrances on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or blogs.
Manage communication with creators and agencies--from onboarding to campaign execution.
Collaborate with the creative and social teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand aesthetics and messaging.
Monitor social trends, fragrance content, and competitor activity to help optimize campaigns.
Share honest and engaging product reviews that align with your personal brand and resonate with your audience.
Participate in fragrance launches, live events, or sponsored campaigns.
Collaborate with the brand to align messaging with product values (e.g., notes, inspiration, story behind the scent).
Use designated hashtags, tags, and brand guidelines in posts.
Provide analytics reports on post engagement, impressions, and audience feedback when required.
Research and identify potential influencers aligned with our brand values and target audience.
Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators.
Negotiate and manage contracts, deliverables and compensation.
Campaign Management:
Coordinate the logistics of influencer campaigns, including content creation, approvals, and timelines.
Collaborate with influencers to ensure content meets brand guidelines and objectives.
Monitor and manage influencer activities and interactions.
Trend Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers and changes in social media platforms.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and competitive analysis.
Reposting and Documentation:
Updating Google Sheets: Keep the sheet updated in real-time or at regular intervals to ensure accuracy. This helps in the tracking the progress and ensuring that all deliverables are accounted for.
Generate Reports: Prepare reports as needed, typically on daily and monthly basis.
Monitoring and replying to influencer DMs and messages on Instagram and TikTok.
Posting and reposting influencer content on Instagram and TikTok.
Creating DO's for both international and local influencers.
Updating the influencer Google sheet with the following information:
1 Country
2 Products to send
3 Status of PR
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
