Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control (IPC) policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits, surveillance, and risk assessments to minimize infection risks.
Provide education and training to clinical and non-clinical staff on IPC protocols.
Monitor outbreaks and coordinate effective response strategies.
Ensure compliance with international infection control standards and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
Current nursing license/registration.
Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in infection prevention and control.
Strong knowledge of IPC guidelines, outbreak management, and surveillance systems.
Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, resource-limited environment.
