What we're looking for: We're on the hunt for an experienced and highly skilled Industrial Designer with a strong background in both 2D and 3D stand designs and a proven track record in the trade show industry. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and practical experience, enabling them to conceptualize and execute captivating and effective stand designs that meet our clients' objectives and exceed their expectations. To Succeed in This Role, You Need To:

Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team, including art directors, strategists, and account managers, to develop innovative and functional 2D and 3D stand designs for trade shows, exhibitions, and events that align with client objectives and branding guidelines. Design and Visualization: Create detailed design sketches, renderings, and technical drawings using industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or 3ds Max, to effectively communicate design concepts and facilitate client approvals. Materials and Manufacturing: Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and construction techniques for each project, considering factors such as aesthetics, durability, cost, sustainability, and manufacturing processes. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Client Communication: Present design concepts and progress updates to clients, addressing their feedback and concerns while maintaining a professional and solution-oriented approach. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with fabricators, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure that designs are executed accurately and efficiently, and that all project specifications and deadlines are met. Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including assembly instructions, bill of materials, and specifications, to support the manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of stand designs. Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on all design work and oversee the production process to ensure that the final output meets the agency's high standards and adheres to client requirements. Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, sharing your expertise in 2D and 3D stand design and providing constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement and creative excellence. Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in industrial design and the trade show industry, continually expanding your skillset and ensuring that the agency remains at the forefront of design innovation.
