• Role: Industrial Services & Facility Manager * Location: Dubai * Company: Nestle * Minimum 5 years in the corresponding technical field, preferably in food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Specialist Engineer) * Degree in Role: Industrial Services & Facility Manager Location: Dubai Company: Nestle Minimum 5 years in the corresponding technical field, preferably in food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Specialist Engineer) Degree in mechanical engineering - Essential In this role you will be responsible for ensuring competent industrial services management and operation while ensuring that people health and safety, product safety, and environment are never compromised. You will also ensure optimal cost, highly efficient, quality and sustained generation and distribution of utilities for the factory operation. i.e. steam, refrigeration, water and effluent treatment, hygienic air handling and compressed air. Build Engineering capability, ensures that personnel managing, operating and maintaining industrial services plant and infrastructure are competent to do so. Ensures that competency assessment and competency building plans are in place, routinely reviewed and executed for the Industrial Services team. Plans, performs and manages design, modification and improvements to industrial services plant, equipment and infrastructure while utilising risk management principles, in-depth knowledge of relevant legal, statutory and local regulations and requirements as well as relevant Nestle policies, standards and guidelines in areas of specialisation, own area of competency and specialization or with competent 3rd parties/ OEM/ Contractors. Manage operation of industrial services to ensure high efficiency, quality and compliance. Lead the budgeting and cost monitoring of industrial services. Identifies and drives energy and water saving opportunities. Manages quality, environmental and internal and external compliance requirements for industrial services through management and monitoring processes and routines. Key Experience Experience in at least one Industrial Services engineering discipline, preferably in food related manufacturing environment. Industrial refrigeration background and ammonia experience is preferred Experience operating or supervising others who operate fired pressure systems (boilers) or other large combustion systems.
