Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as an Industrial Property Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all leasing and sale mandates within the industrial sector.

Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Agency, your main responsibilities will include conducting client meetings, property viewings, and negotiations within the industrial sector. We understand the importance of support, so you can count on the Head of Commercial Agency to assist you in securing inventory and key client meetings as needed. In addition, you will have access to dedicated administrative support to handle your listings and required documentation efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead client meetings, property viewings and new business presentations for the industrial sector.
  • Prepare comprehensive new business proposals, option documents and engaging business presentations tailored to the industrial sector.
  • Advise clients on strategic alternatives (e.g., operating costs, closures, restructuring, subleasing) regarding a particular location or group of locations.
  • Skilfully negotiate landlord contributions and/or incentives.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong working relationships with landlords and property management companies within the industrial sectors, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Develop informative follow-up materials for clients, including lease comparisons, market overviews and prospect/client presentations collaborating with other departments and agents/surveyors as necessary.
  • Conduct thorough research, gather market data, and assemble materials on industrial market fundamentals, ownership, tenants, and economic analysis.
  • Ensure accurate and verified property listings on all relevant property portals, with support from the administrative coordinator.
  • Maintain and update Cavendish Maxwell\xe2\x80\x99s CRM system for all client accounts, new contacts, lead management, opportunities, and inventory.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and weekly updates, sharing leasing and sales activities, market insights, new business generation efforts, prospects, and market trends.
  • Uphold high professional standards and ethical conduct in all business dealings. Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
  • Handle personal and sensitive data in compliance with company data protection guidelines and information security policies.
Requirements:
  • RERA certified broker, with a minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience.
  • A strong track record in the commercial real estate industry, with specific experience in industrial mandates. Familiarity with lease negotiations, property sales, and market analysis is essential.
  • A solid understanding of the industrial sector in Dubai, including market trends, tenant requirements, and property valuation. Up to date on local and regional market dynamics and emerging opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to advocate for clients and secure favourable deals. Ability to analyse lease terms, negotiate lease rates, and navigate complex transactions.
  • Have a client-centric mindset, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data, financial statements, and property performance.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey complex information to clients and stakeholders. Ability to deliver compelling presentations and reports that demonstrate expertise and insights.
  • Ability to handle multiple mandates, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage property listings, documentation, and client communication efficiently.
  • A high level of computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • UAE driving licence and available vehicle.
