Overview

Effective management and organization of the activities of a team of planners (approx. 7 subordinates), including a focus on their personal development and motivation Setting up the process for optimizing production capacity utilization Coordination of the preparation of long-term and detailed plans and regular monitoring of their implementation Preparing documents for regular reporting to company management Effective use of the OpCenter planning tool Work in interdepartmental and possibly international teams

Job Requirements
You have a secondary school/university education, ideally in mechanical engineering, and you have at least 3 years of experience in production planning in an engineering/manufacturing company You can work in the SAP system (PP/MM modules), in MS Project, or with another planning tool Have you ever led a team of colleagues? Communication in English is not a problem for you You are communicative, able to lead meetings and find solutions to unexpected situations You approach your work actively and are reliable.
