Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter with experience in painting steel, acrylic, and other fabricated surfaces. The ideal candidate should be proficient in surface preparation, mixing and applying industrial paints, and achieving high-quality finishes for signage, display units, and customized fabrication projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces (steel, acrylic, etc.) by cleaning, sanding, priming, and masking Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings using spray guns or other tools Ensure consistent, smooth, and high-quality paint finishes across different materials Inspect painted items for imperfections and perform touch-ups as needed Maintain paint booths, equipment, and tools in clean and functional condition Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE at all times Work closely with the fabrication and finishing teams to meet production schedules Requirements: Proven experience in industrial or commercial painting Familiarity with painting on various surfaces such as steel, acrylic, and MDF Skilled in using spray-painting equipment and finishing tools Good understanding of color mixing and finish types (glossy, matte, textured, etc.) Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Preferred: Experience in signage, display, or joinery manufacturing environments Basic knowledge of maintenance and safety procedures for painting equipment Please send your resume/CV
