Industrial Mechanical Officer

Job Description
Carry out preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance tasks according to the assigned work orders. Provide hands-on technical support in turning, mechanical assembly, hydraulics and pneumatics. Make sure all work is performed safely and meets the company's quality standards. Detect mechanical issues, identify root causes and recommend effective repair solutions. Keep precise records of repairs, inspections and detected irregularities. Support continuous improvement by suggesting updates to existing processes and maintenance practices. Work closely with the team to improve equipment reliability and overall plant performance.
Job Requirements
Technical qualification in Industrial Mechanics or a related mechanical field. Previous experience in industrial mechanical maintenance is required. Strong knowledge of turning, assembly work, hydraulics and pneumatics. Responsible, safety-minded and familiar with industrial safety standards. Good understanding of proper maintenance practices. Willingness to work rotating shifts at the refrigeration plant (mandatory).
