Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

Good Electrical & Instrumentation knowledge in material handling system Past Experiences working in

Aluminum coils manufacturing (min of 4-5 years)

Strong Skills in Process Control Instrumentation. Strong Skills in Pressure Calibration, Installation of Pressure Transducers, Differential Pressure Transmitters, Pressure Gauges. Handled various types of new version control instruments. Strong Knowledge in analysis of temperature conditions using Fluke Thermal Imaging Scanners. Planning and implementing proactive/ predictive/ preventive/ shut down maintenance/ calibration schedules for instruments /DCS/ PLC so as to increase instruments up-time/ equipment reliability. Identifying areas obstruction/ breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of trouble shooting techniques. Undertaking regular inspections to prevent accidents and adhere to safety norms. Planning for materials, developing vendors to obtain timely procurement of materials and equipment to facilitate smooth production process. Conducting troubleshoots and reviews to ensure adherence to highest standards. Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in process operations & meeting of individual & group targets. Testing, maintaining, calibrating and overhauling various controller & instruments & control valves. Troubleshooting critical problems/ fault/ trip Getting involved in electrical/ mech. interfacing with PLC system with process logic. Maintaining & calibrating knowledge of Different types of pressure transmitters (E & H, Seimens, ABB Knowledge Limit switches, Proximity sensors. Knowledge on various types of RTDs, Thermocouples. Able to operate, handle, and maintenance on Utilities Operation. Good knowledge of

safety practices

Able to work independently

Qualification

:

Trade Certificate. ITI, Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering

Experience required

:

Minimum 4-8 years of practical experience as Maintenance Technician.
