Job description: We are looking for our Industrial Director who will be in charge, according to our company policies, of the management and the coordination, of the production and the logistics structure to ensure the realization of the products by optimizing the transformation costs, the quality of the performance in terms of efficiency/effectiveness, the intrinsic quality of the products in terms of compliance with the specifications, the reliability and repetitiveness of the production processes; The Industrial Director is responsible of the continuous updating of technologies, process methodologies and systems, in competition with the most up-to-date competitors, in order to guarantee company competitiveness, also by proposing (in collaboration with department managers) and managing the budget for ordinary and extraordinary investments and expenses. external personnel (cooperatives, etc.), sub-contracted workers Tasks and responsibilities The Industrial Director is requested to:

• Define the function chart and organization chart of its unit;
• identify, in collaboration with HR, the training interventions aimed at promoting the development of the professionalism of the personnel within its competence;
• manage and coordinate the production and logistics structure, optimizing the intrinsic quality of the products, the reliability and repetitiveness of the production processes.
• Update on technological innovations and process methodologies;
• Carry out the value analysis for new technologies or for changes in production cycles jointly
• Prepare and manage ordinary and extraordinary investment budgets related to process, plant or structure improvements;
• Carry out the analysis of the value of current assets, jointly with Production;
• Prepare technical specifications for the purchase of materials, services, tools related to the process and its control;

• Promote, evaluate and control improvement and innovation projects aimed at the efficiency/effectiveness of the structure and the maintenance/improvement of safety standards;
• Check the trend of global and sectoral maintenance costs to identify investment needs;
• Collaborate with top management in identifying the company\'s medium and long-term policies and also provides adequate information and data necessary to develop the planning of future activities, in relation to the correct allocation of human, financial and material resources;
• Promote staff involvement within the company through the dissemination of corporate and area culture and objectives, ensuring that they are aligned with corporate strategies and compatible with the context of the organization;
• prepare the indicators relating to the objectives of its own area, reviews its progress and, based on this, evaluates its updating;
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards.

Requirements:

• Technical-Scientific degree
• minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the role
• sector background, manufacturing/chemical company highly preferred
• analytical and statistical attitude, strong ability in data analysis
• strong knowledge of excel and other data analysis instruments
• A great aptitude for human relationships, availability, pragmatism and resilience completes the profile
