- A number of years of experience with a top-level strategy consulting firm
- A strategic corporate role with an industry leader can also be considered
- Deep project experience in smart cities, aerospace, aviation, automotive, urban transport, logistics/ports, tourism or construction
- Experience of the Middle East region is a bonus though not necessary
- Undergraduate or post-graduate degree from a high ranking university
