We are looking for a motivated
Sales Officer
with at least
1 year of indoor sales experience
and fluency in
Hindi
. The ideal candidate will handle walk-in customers, manage follow-ups, and close sales effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in and inbound customers at the store/office
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services
Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
Collaborate with the sales team and report to the sales manager
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of indoor sales experience
Fluency in Hindi
(English is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated
Basic computer knowledge (google sheets )
High school pass or equivalent (no degree required)
