Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads provided by the company and convert them into sales
Engage with walk-in and phone-in customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions
Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients
Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and contracts
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Participate in showroom promotions and product displays
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic (mandatory)
Proven sales experience, preferably in indoor or telesales (0-1 years)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a persuasive approach
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
