A leading e-commerce company in Ras Al Khaimah is looking for an Indoor Sales Support - Female. Job descriptions as below

You will be closely interacting with customers on a daily basis
This role demands 1 year of previous experience on cold calls
Providing customer support by answering customer questions about products or services, processing orders, and handling customer complaints
You will be having a daily target to achieve
Excellent communication skills
Must be fluent in English, Hindi and Malayalam
