Responsibilities :
-Handle internal and external technical support requests or issues related to product selection, application, specification, installation, etc...
- Listen, understand and convey customer requirements-
-Meeting regular sales targets
-Recording and maintaining client contact data
-Searching for new clients who could benefit from organization's products
-Administering client accounts & collection process
-Dynamically responding to client requests and follow up with back office for timely preparation and submittal of offers
-Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
-Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements

Pay: From E8,000.00 per month
