Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Indoor Sales Representative to join our team in a trading company located in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, that supplies engineering products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound inquiries, preparing quotations, following up with clients, and supporting business development. The role requires strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing product information and technical assistance.

Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals.

Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.

Maintain and update customer databases.

Support the external sales team with technical documentation, quotations, and client communication.

Liaise with suppliers to obtain up-to-date product information, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Maintain knowledge of the company's product portfolio and stay updated on industry trends.

Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall team performance.

Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the engineering or industrial sector.

Strong understanding of technical products such as mechanical or electrical components.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A team player with a customer-centric attitude.

Preferred:

Experience working with international suppliers and understanding import/export procedures.

Knowledge of local industrial market dynamics.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
