Indoor Sales Leader (sharjah)
Job Description
:
Should have 3 years and above experience in UAE
Prefer have knowledge about Cosmetics and Salon Spa Equipment Items
English must be and Arabic Prefer
Manage, motivate, and guide a team of sales representatives
Handle customer issues, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist the sales team in closing deals and provide support to help them succeed.
Work with other departments to improve sales processes
In retail environments, a sales leader may also handle daily floor operations
Track team and individual performance metrics, providing regular coaching, feedback, and training
Salary Package - Depend on your experience (will be discuss at interview)
