Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Indoor Sales Executive to join our dedicated sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication, exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to assist with inquiries and provide product/service information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services to meet those needs.
Process orders, quotes, and contracts accurately and efficiently.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and drive leads.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in indoor sales, tele-sales, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
