Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers, providing a welcoming and informative shopping experience Demonstrate strong knowledge of uniforms, fabrics, and tailoring to advise customers effectively Build and manage customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business Collaborate with team members to maintain excellent merchandise presentation Participate in training and development sessions Provide feedback to management on customer needs and sales trends Assist with stocking, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness Upsell products through thoughtful recommendations and styling advice

Qualifications

Experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or premium products Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in two additional languages is a plus Strong understanding of the uniform and textile industry (preferred) Energetic, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic retail environment Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Detail-oriented and a strong team player Knowledge of fabrics and tailoring items (preferred)
