About the Role

We are seeking a motivated

Indoor Sales Executive

to join our production department in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (Arabic is a plus), highly skilled in Excel, and capable of handling client-facing responsibilities with professionalism. This role is central to managing quotations, invoices, and production trackers while ensuring smooth communication with walk-in clients and the production team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage

quotations, invoices, and production documentation

. Create and maintain

production trackers in Excel

(advanced proficiency required). Handle

walk-in clients

and respond to inquiries with professionalism. Coordinate with the

production team

to ensure accurate scheduling and delivery. Support sales operations with timely reporting and client relationship management. Provide

after-sales support

and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction. Contribute to

process improvements

in sales and production tracking.
Requirements

Language:

English fluency required; Arabic proficiency preferred.

Residency:

Valid Qatar residency/visa.

Essentials:

Active bank account; valid driving license preferred.

Technical Skills:

Expert-level Excel (pivot tables, formulas, trackers, reporting).

Personal Attributes:

Strong communication, client-handling skills, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Ability to

work independently and as part of a team

in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 per month
