Indoor Sales Executive
Location: Showrooms in Ajman, Musaffah, and Deira, UAE
Position: Indoor Sales Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Indoor Sales Executive to represent our brand in our showrooms. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a pivotal role in driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring a world-class customer experience. Your ability to understand customer needs and effectively present our product range will be crucial to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement & Sales:
  • Greet customers warmly and proactively engage them to understand their requirements and projects.
  • Expertly showcase product features, benefits, and applications to effectively meet customer needs.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally and effectively.
  • Product Knowledge & Demonstration:
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.
  • Stay updated on new product launches and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Customer Service & Relationship Management:
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
  • Build and maintain a strong portfolio of repeat clients through excellent service and follow-up.
  • Process customer orders, payments, and documentation accurately using the company's system.
  • Showroom & Inventory Management:
  • Ensure the showroom is always tidy, well-organized, and presentable.
  • Monitor display stock levels and report on inventory to ensure product availability.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment for customers.
  • Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports as required by the Sales Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in building materials, consumer products, or industrial products.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a significant advantage.
  • Attributes:
  • Strong customer-focused approach with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Presentable, confident, and possessing a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently with minimal supervision and as a collaborative team player.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Mobility: Must be willing to work at our showroom locations in Ajman, Musaffah, and Deira as per business needs.
